THAI YOGA MASSAGE and HOLISTIC PULSING

THAI YOGA MASSAGE is a sequence that utilises yoga postures, passive stretching, acupressure, energy work, massage and meditation to assist clients in reducing tension, enhancing flexibility, deep relaxation and improve overall wellbeing.

Thai Yoga Massage is received fully clothed on a large supportive mat. There are no oils or lotions used for this style of massage. The session offers grounding techniques that focus on the multitude of energy lines that run through the body

HOLISTIC PULSING The power of Holistic Pulsing lies in its very gentleness, the principle that where there is force there is always counter force, whereas gentleness can percolate the deepest part.

Holistic Pulsing allows us to grow through ease rather than struggle.

During the session, on a massage table the practitioner applies easy rocking movements reminiscent of being rocked in the womb or floating on water.

The rocking rate is close to fetal heartbeat 120-160 beats per minute.

As the body's inner flow is amplified by the constant movement, so too are any physical, emotional and mental restrictions. The symptoms of blockage may be explored and gently released with facilitated inner awareness, spontaneous movement, breath and sound.

Suggested attire for receiving your massages are comfortable, stretchy yoga tights or baggy pants and a short or long-sleeved t-shirt and cotton socks.

Before the massage begins, the practitioner will welcome you to the space and ask you to complete a registration and consent form. The techniques will be explained, the duration of massage confirmed and a discussion regarding your state of health or injuries as well as your desired outcome and preferred pressure

.This will ensure you are well-cared for during your massage and any customization of techniques will be included.
